Hi, I am Vicky Dowsett, Mom and Freelance Designer, founder of Dowsett Designs, based in Overland Park, KS. I am a Mac-addict and a color-fanatic. I enjoy discussing, visualizing and putting into action business and marketing ideas.
I’ve been a freelance designer since 2007, and proudly continue to work with my very first clients. I pride myself in fostering ongoing relationships, learning about your business, your goals and your vision. My goal as a designer is not only to provide your business with the best outcome for a particular projects, but to support your business in it’s growth and success.
In addition to my website and graphic design skills, I bring to the field a Bachelors of Business Studies. This unique background gives me the opportunity to truly think about your marketing needs, and how my designs can support them.
Beyond freelance design I am fascinated with travelling around the world (especially anywhere tropical with a beach near by), trying new recipes (usually found on Pinterest) and a caffeine addict (grande non-fat latte my drink of choice). I am a self confessed ‘soccer mom’, often found next the the sports fields supporting my kids. I’m often found browsing Pinterest, working on craft projects around the house and being creative with my kids.
